Paper 2 SFM : No Change

Paper 3 : Audit

• CARO 2016 has been made applicable for CA IPC as well as for CA final november 2016 exams. (Thus, ignore CARO 2015)
• Amendments in the companies act 2013 made upto 30th April' 2016 are applicable for November 2016 exams.
• SAE 3420 is not in the list of applicable standards. Thus students appearing in November 2016 exams can ignore the same.
• Only SA 610 and it's name has been mentioned in the list of applicable standards. Right now, there is no mention whether SA 610 wef 1.4.2010 or SA 610 wef 1.4.2016 is to be prepared. Please wait for clarification by ICAI in this regard.

• Companies Act, 2013 : Amendments upto 30-4-2016 applicable
• NOT APPLICABLE
1. Chapter 15 of the study material (January, 2016 edition) covering provisions relating to the National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal
2. Chapter 9 of the study material (January 2016 edition) covering provisions relating to Revival and Rehabilitation of Sick-Industrial Companies.
